Monthly Unlimited Membership Terms & Conditions:

Membership Term: The membership term is month to month and may be cancelled by either party at anytime. For monthly recurring memberships a month shall constitute thirty days (30).

Cancellations: Cancellation requests are ONLY accepted through the customer service section of our website: easywash.com or from our sales office. For administrative reasons we do not accept phone or email cancellations. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. Cancellation must be received at least 2 business days prior to the renewal date to ensure your request is processed in a timely fashion. Easywash reserves the right to cancel this promotion or any membership at any time for any reason at its sole discretion.

Prohibited Use: This program is for Personal Use Only, commercial vehicles are prohibited utilizing our monthly memberships. A wireless Easytagtm will be placed on your windshield and will be used to identify you. Tampering with or removing the Easytagtm will render the tag inoperable and a $50 replacement fee will be charged. The Easytag is for the use of the above-mentioned vehicle ONLY and may not be transferred without the consent of Easywash. Any abuse of the Easytag will result in the non-refundable deactivation of your account. This program cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts including but not limited to: Corporate Account Discounts, Prepaid wash cards, and/or Coupons. Membership is transferable upon purchase of a new vehicle. A new Easytagtm must be installed by Easywash.

Excessive Use: Although the use of our memberships is unlimited, Easywash reserves the right to require management authorization for more than one (1) wash per day or twelve (12) per month. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld.
